How to make steamed egg (Geranjjim)




Korean Steamed Egg (Gyeranjjim) is a popular Korean side dish made of eggs
with simple recipe. 

Ingredients: 2 eggs, 1/2 cup water, 1 tbsp chopped green onion, 
1 tsp chopped salted shrimp, kelp


<How to cook>




Beat the eggs and mix them in a bowl.

Add chopped salted shrimp in the bowl and mix them evenly.


Pour water into the earthen pot (ttukbaegi) and add kelp. 
Heat it up on high heat.  
Take out kelp from the earthen pot when it boils.
