How to make Kimchi Squid Pancake(Kimchi Jun)




Kimchi Pancake (Kimchi Jeon) is a popular Korean pancake made with sliced kimich, egg, and flour.
We can add various vegetables, seafood, and meat for better taste.
It can be served as an appetizer, snack or side dish.


Ingredients: 600g squid, 650g aged kimchi, 250g onion, 3 cups of flour,
3 eggs, 2 1/2 cups of water, oil


<How to cook>


Clean and peel the skin of squids off.
Slice squids into proper length to eat.


Clean and slice onions into proper thickness to eat.


Slice kimchi into proper thickness to eat.


Pour flour, beaten eggs, and water into a big bowl and mix them evenly
to make dough.




Add sliced kimchi, onion, and squid into the dough.
Mix them evenly.




Preheat the frying pan and oil.
Put two ladles of dough on the pan and spread out on medium heat.
When bottom is well, turn over.
